Introduction

I’m a senior Learning Experience Designer with experience designing onboarding, enablement, and performance support solutions at global scale. My work focuses on building learning systems that support real operational needs—balancing speed, consistency, and long-term sustainability.

Recent key accomplishments

  • Designed and delivered a multi-country onboarding video program spanning 8 countries, 11 learning topics, and 5 languages, comprising ~100 learning assets, with goals to reduce onboarding defects, shorten ramp time, and increase delivery partner retention.

  • Led the development and launch of six onboarding videos for the Amazon Flex app Brazil market launch (June 2025), helping reduce onboarding time and improve readiness for new delivery partners.

  • Curated and standardized learning content to support global content management workflows across eight international markets, enabling faster updates and improved consistency at scale.

I’ve partnered closely with product, operations, compliance, and customer-facing teams to design learning that is practical, scalable, and aligned to business outcomes.
